SOME CUSTOMERS HAVE EXPERIENCED SHIPPING DELAYS FROM THE CARRIER DUE TO COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND PATIENCE.
Candles are temperature sensitive and can be damaged during the extreme summer heat. In order to ensure your order is free of damage, temperature-sensitive products will only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. This is required to ensure orders are not sitting in non-climate control facilities during shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
Do to the nature of our hand made products specialty stock items, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. All products are triple checked for quality and integrity upon shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact customer service within 7 days of order receipt. email@example.com. We can not be responsible for melted candles- please make sure someone is present upon delivery, so candles do not stay outside for prolonged time. Candle wax is heat and cold sensitive. Because of this, we only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, so shipments are less likely to sit in a shipping center. Please do not throw out damaged merchandise as this will be needed for reimbursement through the shipping company.
